Where we ship
Home Scent ships worldwide. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery time
Standard delivery takes 3–8 business days after dispatch, tracked the whole way. Delivery estimates are not guarantees — carrier delays, weather and customs inspections can extend them. If your order is running past that window, email us and we will chase it.
Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email containing a tracking number once it has been dispatched. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first scan.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If your order has not yet been dispatched, email us and we will correct it. Once an order has shipped we cannot reroute it, and packages returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address will be reshipped at the customer's cost.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are set by your local authorities, are not collected by us, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email us with your order number and we will replace it or refund you in full.
